1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected on this website is DEGTYAREV AND PARTNERS DOO Beograd (company registration number 21964786, PIB 114056784), Jurija Gagarina 231, Unit 329, 11070 Belgrade (Novi Beograd), Serbia. Contact for data protection matters: hello@modav.io.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

• Request forms (“Try demo”, “Contact us”): name, email, company, comment and the modules you selected.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request time in server logs, needed to keep the site secure and working.
• Analytics: if web analytics is enabled, aggregated data about visits collected via cookies of the analytics provider.

3. Why and on what basis

• To answer your request, open a demo system and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations once you become a customer — legal obligation.

4. Data inside the product

Data that customers enter into modavio (their clients, deals, messages, finances) belongs to the customer. For that data the customer is the controller and we act as processor, on the customer’s instructions only.

5. How long we keep data

Requests that did not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and the period required by law.

6. Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers that help us run the site and the service (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires. If data is transferred outside Serbia, we use the safeguards required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to hello@modav.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs).

8. Cookies

The site uses technically necessary cookies (security of forms, language). Analytics cookies are used only when analytics is enabled.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff who need it, and systems are regularly updated.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
